I rented from Landmark for about 6 years. The only reason I had to move was I was moving out of state. The owners Teresa and Warren and their assistant Michelle have been fantastic in every way. If you have anything that needs to be repaired they get someone out to you as soon as possible. Remember sometimes it is the service persons issue why the can't make it and don't notify Landmark or the tenant. They truly do care more than thinking you as just a number.
