I am a current resident, and I’m extremely disappointed with the management of this property. It has been over a month without heat or air conditioning, which is absolutely unacceptable, especially given the current weather conditions. Despite repeated requests and follow-ups, nothing has been done to resolve these essential issues. Management continues to demand full rent while neglecting their basic maintenance responsibilities.
