Co signed a bond. In out front door parking. Clean. Interesting decor.
The new and current elderly manager is from Plaza West after being taken to court for not doing her job. Rent with care. Check Plaza West's Reviews for more detailed information; tenant harassment and bedbugs. I agree that the new Manager and her short Superior are both "slumlords". I've experienced narcissism and gaslighting from both. I wish all the people who have to interact with her the best of luck and I want to say I'm sorry.
Ran by slumlords who care not for the well being of the residents only the bottom dollar. Interior is in disrepair, foul smelling carpet lines the halls. Elevators act like they werr built over 100 years ago. And lets jot talk about the roach residue..... glad i moved my people out.
I only visited the spot a few times. The carpet is shabby, the elevator rickety and the lobby sparse. The residents just look sad.
