Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. I’ve lived here 2.5 years and it has never been worse. I held out on writing reviews for a long time because you could tell they were going through management struggles and everyone deserves a chance to make their wrongs into rights. But, the time is up. Extremely disappointed with management, property maintenance and response to pandemic guidelines- this is the state of complex when Texas numbers are rising exponentially everyday; property management refuses to close community spaces despite this scene.
Nauseating smell. Trash chute has been out of order for four weeks now. Repairs started this Friday, and they didn’t work on Saturday or Sunday. So we’ve been dealing with awful smell every time we leave our apartment. Repairs are to take 3-5 days. Yep, disgusting.
Welcome to Mt. Trashmore. The trash has been there since Thursday! The building STINKS.

BE CAREFUL!! They won’t give you back your deposit without any reason and notice. I try to communicate with them at least 6 times. No one will reply your email and your call. Now is 4 months after I move-out, I still get nothing from them.
BEWARE!!!!! They do not like to return deposits and overpayments. 13 weeks late to date and they don't respond to emails and calls. Maybe they will respond to contact requests on their sites and this posting.

For those of us that live here now, the management has changed. It is no longer like the positive comments below me. We are blatantly ignored on the portal requesting for amenities to be fixed yet we still have to pay the amenities fee every month. This has been going on for months. I would not recommend this place to anyone with management like this
I love this place BUT resanly we ben vandalized in our decorations its not ben ones no twice BUT 3times..i told my Husband i reader not put nothing by the frontdoor but he say what can that happen?! Well here we are this morning some crazy people destroyed our Halloween Decorations as so our next door neighbor. PLEASE MANAGER STUFF DO SOMTHING...
