My Aunt is there at Landmark. Yes there is room for improvement but today, I honestly can say today they took care of my aunt and paid good attention to her needs. I think there could be improvement with daily activities and possibly TVs in the residents rooms. But really anywhere you put your family, YOU need to make sure they are taken care of…. And don’t depend solely on the establishment. I believe Landmark does get the job done to the best of their ability. Thank you for taking care of my Aunt.
I was overall impressed and I feel very confident that all will be well. It was a blessing to be accepted
Majority are nice. But some need a class in compassion. Not being rude. These are people that need taking care of. Not just a thing in a bed to mistreat.
