Landmark of Conroe apartments are very nice. Feels like your very own home. We love the staff and maintenance personnel. They go out of their way to help you out. Even the tenants are nice and friendly. Keep up the good work everyone. Price family

I love it here! Moved in on Oct, it's got lots of space, storage! Maintenance is quick! No bugs or pests!! The office staff is sweet! I'm very happy!
I've lived her for 4 years. The office and maintenance staff are beyond wonderful. I love it here. They are always friendly and they work very hard. My apartment is very spacious and it accommodates my needs. I've lived here 2 different times and the staff back then were not on top of things as the staff is now.
Horrible staff! They lied and placed inaccurate claims on my credit. My attorney said it wasn't worth fighting in court as it would cost thousands and the claim was minimal. They tried to charged me for damages the previous tenants did and they never fixed.
If you are looking for a Conroe apartment, this is the place to go. Our apartment is large with lots of storage. The office staff is wonderful and issues are fixed right away. The pool & gym are awesome. There are community events so you can get to know your neighbors.
