This review is for the Landmark Service Department. Last year, around November, December my dear friend recommended me this wonderful place and wonderful people..! Nermin, Mike, and the entire Service Department for Landmark. I brought my car to have it inspected by then, because my friend has a higher view of them. They didn't disappoint. They performed an amazing service on my car, and I have seen the effects until today. I had some problems with my door locks and some other issues with my German car, but they fixed it all... read more
This place has impeccable maintenance service, customer service and communication. They had some issues with rescheduling and techs who were out sick, but communicated to reschedule which I appreciate! Mike, the front desk/customer service person, helped me choose what services/maintenance to tend to for my Mercedes and was honest to someone like me who does not know much about cars.
