I have been involved with my HOA and on the board in one capacity or another for 30 years now. Over this time period we have had 4 different management companies. Really great service! They are so much better than the large Association management companies. 10/10!!!
Quite possibly the worst property management company I’ve ever had the experience of working with! They won’t answer emails, their employees are slow to respond and our condo was so neglected and poorly managed that it was an embarrassment living there. Do not hire them and if you do, be prepared to be overcharged and underserved.
