Tried to make an appointment as a new patient and the receptionist said she didnt know what to do because i didnt already have a chart. I explained i was a new patient and paying out of pocket but she was just lost. I went to a different clinic. So if you havent been seen here before dont go as they cant help you unless you have a chart
No one returns calls nor makes an effort to help in person. They are supposed to bridge the gap for medication if you don't have a PCP. NOT SO!!?
I can't tell you how much I appreciate you helping me. The patches are working wonderfully. .
