DO NOT RENT HERE!!! My boyfriend and I lived here for 3 days before finding out our unit was infested with Sewer roaches. The manager of the apartments lied straight to our faces about the roach problem. It was the worst experience I have ever had while renting an apartment.
This company does help if you need it. They are willing to work with you. You are a person to them and not another number. It takes a little while because they have a process. They did Really come through for me on the end. I have lived in 3 of their properties and it has been consistently nice and helpful managers. Tina was great at Westwood and Brianna is great at landmark. There were some issues but it’s hard to tell if it was in my head or really happening. This place is a Real Gem! It is between 2 empty lots which one side is a Xmas Tree Farm! The other is rocks and grass. Not a terrible view either side. Being next to the freeway isn’t loud at all. It is actually beautiful at night. The manager Brianna is Phenomenal! On top of her maintenance and it was a breeze moving in! The management company Hoban is fantastic.
