My #1 complaint is that the whole staff has become a revolving door. In the past few years I've seen a different dentist and hygienist every time I've been there. Because I appreciate continuity in my medical professionals, I have transferred to a very caring dentist who has had his practice here for at least 15 years. He also has a friendly, wonderful, informative support staff.
Everyone is always friendly and makes you feel comfortable.
LandMark Family Dental is great. I recently had to find a new dentist because mine retired. So glad I found LandMark. Kind, courteous, awesome. Ask for Audrey, she is skilled. Takes her time, and she cares. My teeth have never been cleaned this well. Ever. Thank you Landmark.
Since Dr Kloboves left the practice, the quality of care provided and received dropped drastically. Staff turnover including the dentist is an on going issue. When the dentist introduced himself today as Dr. Mike, I said “hello Mike.” He responded, “it’s Dr. Mike.” Looking for a new dentist.
They were very nice n pleasant at front desk even when I called as well to make appts. I had cap done they were gental n only had to wait 2 weeks to get my permanent cap. We have 2 insurance companies n they try there best to make things right when insurance companies are always changes stuff. I thought I was going to pay over $400 and they saved me $75. So it was way under that. Thank you Landmark Family Dental Team. You Rock!
