These guys are dishonest to the core. I scouted for land for over a year. I hired Landmark to develop my project. They put my land under contract in their own LLC. After months of terrible communication and them doing nothing to move the project forward I had to fire them. They are now attempting to ransom my own land back to me for a substantial sum.
