We used Landmark to facilitate our office move for our Charleston location. Charlotte was incredibly helpful, and has wonderful communication with her clients. She even went above and beyond setting up walk throughs with both the landlord and the building owners. She has continued to help even after the move in.
These guys are dishonest to the core. I scouted for land for over a year. I hired Landmark to develop my project. They put my land under contract in their own LLC. After months of terrible communication and them doing nothing to move the project forward I had to fire them. They are now attempting to ransom my own land back to me for a substantial sum.
