piss poor service its a dealership stuck in the 50's ... i recommend using any dodge dealer but this one
Tried to purchase a 2020 Wrangler Willys - they printed the deal out with a 2.9% interest for 75 months. When we got to the finance office to purchase - it was 84 months at 5% - total bait and switch. GM sent me a long nasty text message since I walked away from the deal. The GM is the most disrespectful person in the car business that I have ever met. I have searched reviews and found nothing but the same comments about him and the dealership. Not sure how to get to the owner, but working on that now.
Landmark Dodge IS THE WORST PLACE EVER!!!! FIRST BAD EXPERIENCE YEARS AGO THEY SOLD ME A LEMON WHICH WAS A JEEP!! Why did I trust them again!!!! I purchased another jeep from a different car lot and took it to Landmark dodge for a SIMPLE oil change and possibly tune up. After going to them when I get up to 55ml per hour my jeep would sputter. I have never in all my years seen and dealt with the most unprofessional people. I understand now why they have a F rating with the better business bureau. Bought a vehicle on a Wed. went out of town on Thurs and the check engine light came on. I took it to back on Fri. I sat for 3 hrs. to find out it had been looked at and was sitting outside. This review doesn’t even deserve a star. Purchased a wrangler from this dealership in 2017 and this is were I get the oil changes done. Haven’t had issues with their service until yesterday. I took the Wrangler in for a water leak several months ago and was told it was fixed and it seemed to be fixed. Now, the water leak is happening again, I took it in yesterday for oil change and to have the water leak checked out. Vehicles located on the perimeter of the Jeep dealership property have large stickers detailing a price. We asked to test drive a vehicle that would be the same price as the one listed along Noland Road, 2018 Jeep Renegade. When we went to do financing the salesman went to ask his manager for assistance and when he came back with a price they had added approx. $5000 to the purchase price, not the price listed on the vehicle outside. Just a word for the wise. Never do business with Landmark Dodge in In Belton. This dealership is incompetent. Worst experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle and I have bought a lot of vehicles over the years.We traded in a Ford Explorer with a buyout of 23,000. The contract agreed to that amount. About 2 months go by and I get a bill from Ford for $1,222. Turns out they don't know how Ford does their trades and they just turned it in to Ford "for me". I took my 2009 Charger in for a vehicle reconfiguration, after I spent 20 minutes explaining I wanted a Reconfiguration and not a PCM flash they assured me they would do a full reconfiguration. They called the next day and told me that they tried to flash it and "it didn't work". Frustrated that they couldn't seem to figure out the difference between a flash and a reconfiguration I asked them to just tell me why my PCM wasn't communicating with my ABS control module. During my first visit to the dealership, we did not come to an agreement on a price for the truck I was interested in purchasing. A few days went by and I then decided to split the difference and get the truck. Through text conversation with the sales rep, we agreed upon a price for the truck and that I would be there later in the day to purchase the truck.
