Be sure they check your insurance coverage BEFORE receiving dental care there. They accepted mine (as they did last year) then come to find out they are not on the approved provider list and I got stuck with the bill.
Get ready for sales pitch after sales pitch. Always left there with 2-3 services or something offered to me....AND ALWAYS CAVITIES. Funny that now that I go to a new dentist I have not had ONE cavity. Dr. Horton dod not handle criticism well. Kayla at the front desk was the best employee of all! She was so kind and willing to do whatever she could to assist. Sally at the front desk is so underwhelming and made asking questions or expressing concerns over the phone so difficult. RecommendedI can’t say enough nice things about Dr Young, Naveen, Nancy and Heidi. They are the best. I highly recommend Dr Young. He is compassionate and a perfectionist in his work. The ladies in the office are the best. They are a 10 plus plus in how they relate to their patients.

Went there for an emergency extraction on Monday. Staff were great and very helpful!..My dentist was really wonderful; he removed a very painful, infected premolar with minimal pain very quickly. Was quite pleased with their compassionate, professional and dedicate care. How fortunate we are to have this great dental clinic here so close by to us in Floyd County. They are simply wonderful!! Kudos to you all; can't say enough good things about all of you.
