Very quick and professional and straight forward. They got me in with in 24 hours. Nancy and staff who worked on me was absolutely genial and caring
The one star is because I was given a time of 3 pm 08/03 and even sent a confirm on my email that said 3 pm. However, I was called at 10 am and told that I had missed my appt. at 9:30 and that if I did not come in at 12:10 pm, I would have to pay $75. I explained that my appt. was at 3 pm, but the person said it wasn't and reiterated that I had to come in or pay the $75. I had to change plans that I had already made to make the new appt at 12:10. THE STAFF ARE VERY FRIENDLY SOME OF THEM (THE OLDER ONES )EVEN REMEMBERED MY N AME AND WHEN I HAD BEEN THERE LAST. THEY ARE/WERE VERY INFORMATIVE, VERY REASSURING, LOOKING FOR ANY PROBLEMS THAT MAY END UP VERY BIG PROBLEMS IF ALLOWED TO GO ON WITHOUT BEING TAKEN CARE OF. Thank you For taking care of my 6 year old boy dental issue! The girls in the office were amazingly helpful and so was the DR. Not only did they do an excellent job they also follow up later that same day to see how my son was doing! best in town.

Almost every appointment I make, I still have to wait up to an hour in the exam room! My appointments are early mornings, how can the doctors be behind already at 8:30 am??? I am on time, taking off work, losing money while I sit and wait. As a professional, when I make an appointment, whether in business or pleasure, I am always on time and I expect that from other professionals.
