Got my laundry stolen. Visiting this place is like stepping into some sort of rank history book. Don’t get me wrong, it is a beautiful historical building and it has potential. The tenants and the neighborhood were quiet for a Friday night. However, the hallways smell horrendous and it is difficult to breathe inside. This place is very unprofessional I started my application process early January the lady said I have to redo my app I had to pay the fee again and still no word from them, it’s been a whole month now and no emails calls saying I was approved or denied. I recently gave up my pursue for this property and now I’m currently homeless seeking other properties.
