Highly NOT recommended. As a health care professional that works with clinicians on a daily basis, I am disappointed in the service received by the office manager. In my 10 years of health care experience, I've not come across a more condescending and inflammatory treatment by her. Although the Dr. remains professional, he will take his spouses (office managers) side, even when she is in the wrong; definitely a conflict of interest. This office is currently ghosting me. I would say it’s very unprofessional to give up on a patient without any communication. I think Dr. K***** has lost sight of the help he is supposed to be providing.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! My daughter was bringing her son to him and found him to be a very uncaring, sarcastic person. The man should not be a psychiatrist. They overcharge and refuse to reimburse because they bill the insurance differently than the actual charge and get more than they are due. The 'office manager' is his wife and is not pleasant at all either (and ironically is a social worker). I've now figured out why he accepts new patients, he can't keep anyone!!
