Having to write another review since the front desk won’t take our mold in the apartment seriously. It’s all over the vents. The regional manager Jeremy promised us these vents would be replaced and it’s been 2 months with 0 communication from the front desk. This does not reflect maintenance as they are always great and do what they can , but front desk doesn’t communicate to them either !! I’ve even gone to management to help just get our vents cleaned due to the mold and they won’t even do that for us. No urgency from the... read more
I have lived at Landmark at Barton Creek for over two years now in two separate units. The property is well maintained, the views are awesome, friendly neighbors, easy parking, GREAT maintenance, good pest control (I've never had issues, but I see some have in the reviews). I will continue to live here as long as I can. The reason I give it four stars instead of five is because of the turnover of staff in the office. (TRIGGER WARNING: RODENTS EVERYWHERE) Great location. That's about it. We lived in what we were told was the biggest, most updated, most expensive unit they had. See photos and videos for the treatment we were rewarded with. In 2024 alone we spent over $800 on professional cleans and lost an estimated $300 worth of groceries eaten by rats. We had a rat infestation for nearly a year. We were gaslighted until we furnished countless photos and videos that finally warranted a professional rodent control. I wanted to write a review of the experience i just had with one of the maintenance men at this property. I was delivering Uber Eats to a resident of this apartment . As I was leaving out of the exit gate an older Hispanic gentleman on a golf cart pulls almost directly in front of me. I wasn’t sure if I could get around him so I just stopped.
