The biggest issue with this bank is that they don't offer purchase protection for your debit card. They say they do and Visa says they do, but in reality they don't. I submitted three disputes over the course of a year. They ignored the first, only partially refunded the second, and now they are refusing to accept the dispute at all - even though the company in question blatantly and fraudulently charged my card without my permission.
