Helpful tellers
Simmons bank is awful. They don't follow through on anything. The fees are ridiculous. I am charged for a paper statement every month despite switching to e statements many times. When they say they will waive a fee, they do not. When they say they will close an account, they do not. When they say they will shut off overdraft, they do not. When they say they will send a new debit card, they do not. I was banking here long before it was simmons, but I will not be continuing and I do not recommend it to anyone.
With Simmons Bank Stadium branch I have always had a very good experience, courteous personnel , and a variety of services.
One Simmons bank staff that has helped us immensely is Rebecca (from the Stadium and Cherry Hill branches). I don't live in Missouri, but my elderly mother lives in Columbia and banks at Simmons. Rebecca has been so incredibly helpful, patient, and effective in her support of my mom and her needs. I give Rebecca five full stars. Thank you!
