One Simmons bank staff that has helped us immensely is Rebecca (from the Stadium and Cherry Hill branches). I don't live in Missouri, but my elderly mother lives in Columbia and banks at Simmons. Rebecca has been so incredibly helpful, patient, and effective in her support of my mom and her needs. I give Rebecca five full stars. Thank you!

I moved to Columbia. Someone stole my mail with the check in it. They forged their name to the back of the check. They had an account with Simmons Bank and Simmons Bank cash the check even though this was reported to the police department and investigation was made in the end Simmons bank never returned hundreds of dollars to me, so if you’re a thief, just run those checks to Simmons bank ATM at night time because they’ll put them through

DO NOT BANK HERE. Incompetent staff and terrible customer service. I’ve had to call them three times to simply close an account. Each time they have told me the account will be closed and no further action is needed from me. Then I receive an overdraft fee notice in the mail. This is the third time I am receiving an overdraft fee in the mail from said account after they told me the account has been closed.
