The office staff is incompetent. They approve someone and then deny them and then because of bad communication on the part of the office, they realize they are approved after all. Then a few hours later, they call and say, oops, you've been denied. Ridiculous. This didn't happen to me but to someone I know. Someone that has never had trouble renting before and someone that was really counting on this to work out. But from the other bad reviews that I've read on here this may have turned out to be a blessing in disguise.
My water heater decided to start gushing water everywhere- and after hours! But maintenance got to my apartment super fast and the next morning I had fixed plumbing and a new water heater, and no damage to any of my things! Everyone in the office is really nice and easy to work with. I can't imagine living in any other apartments in Nashville!
I've lived here for two months and I love it. All of the office staff are very professional and prompt. All concerns are handled timely. -kdp
