There is a neighbor with 2 dogs on the restricted list. One has proven to be aggressive. The office has been told several times to no avail. The people that live above me have no respect. I can not hang anything on my walls due to them jumping around so hard it shakes the walls. They also shake the light fixtures, one of which is above my bed. I’ve lived here for over three years and have been pretty happy! It’s a great location, the property is well maintained, and the office & maintenance staff are responsive and really nice. I feel like for the rent and location there really is nowhere better.

Excellent location, price, and value. Call me bias, but I think they invest money in exactly the areas that are important to residents without jacking the prices for superfluous amenities! Perfect balance of beauty, functionality, comfort and value! Thrilled to call it home!
I love living here! Maintenance is amazing they are always prompt about getting things done the next day. In July I went to Dubai and the day before I left my toilet was backed up, so that night I put in a request to have it checked out. The next day before I flew out I called Leslie to make sure it was taking care of and she said it have been! They are great at communicating and very responsive.
