Beside the fact that we haven't had hot water for over a month. Now the exterior lighting is out, seems they can't pay their bills. Homeless problem because of holes in the fence and the abandoned building that burnt down. Pool water is green. Garbage is overflowing. If I could give this place zero stars and just leave the review, I would.
7/2025 update: WE HAVENT HAD HOT WATER FOR A MONTH. I've made a BINGO for anyone who wants to play (all of these things have actually happened to me since living here). They keep deleting my images. 4/2025 update: was sold to new management. Now guests have to pay to park ($7) or be towed. I’ve been trying to find an apartment and I payed the $200 fee and they have not reached back to me, I’m about to get law involved if I don’t get that money back or if they get me the apartment approval before then, quit playing games with people.UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!
Worst Apartment EVERRRR. I just moved in not even 3 days ago and lets list out the problems - my disposal and kitchen light did not work at first - AC barely functions, - For some reason, MY WIFI CANNOT BE SETUP Do not lease from this apartment
