RecommendedLived here for 2 years now and I have to give a shout out to Corey who is head of maintenance. Anytime I have had a maintenance issue, which has only been a few times, he always ensures the job is done right. He is a great guy and truly cares about the community. Thank you Corey for everything you do!
This community is perfect and safe for our little family! They have a lot of wonderful amenities that make us feel extremely comfortable and happy to call this place home. We recently had to put in 2 minor maintenance repairs/requests and Jim was here in less than 2 hours and fixed everything effortlessly. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you and we are excited about our new home!
The property is beautiful and very well kept. The leasing staff is very professional and friendly. Maintenance staff is also professional, competent and friendly. I really enjoy walking my dog and enjoying the abundance of nature the property offers.
James DeCosta is amazing! He did everything I needed and more very productive and kind hearted. ❤️
The Property Management team is professional as well as personable. They stay engaged with residents after the lease is signed. And, the Maintenance team is TOP NOTCH...highly responsive & effective! Northgreen at Carrollwood is a great place to call home!

The people from the Listing office are so nice my apartment is so beautiful 😍 they have 4 different pools and gym the workers are so nice this is a beautiful place I GIVE THIS PLACE 5 STAR ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I like living here because they are nice to me and my friend
I'm living here for 2 years and I do not think of moving, everything I requested for the office they did, a few days ago I got air conditioned spoiled and they immediately came and solved the problem by putting a new air conditioner, thanks Corey the manager and Carlos who solved my problem efficiently.
