Leasing Management wine and dines you when attempting to get you in, then afterwards they ignore you. Maintenance is the same nightmare they claim they aren't. Apartments look nothing like the models they show you. Everything is a complete sham. "Fixing up the place" my tookus. A hoax, a sham, I was speckledwarfed into a 12 month lease by lies and pipe dreams.
Have had a roach infestation for a year and had wood glue leaking from the floors for 2 years. Hopefully the new property managers will do better.
Tamika is a valuable asset to this community. She did a fantastic job of walking me through the application process while making sure I understood everything along the way. She answered all my questions clearly and quickly, I hope to see her here for many years to come
Apartment not ready! My assistant manager was excellent, but the apartment, is not fully ready and needs to be completed.
