I live over at Carriage Club Apartments in Henrico Virginia. They have been charging us a convenience fee ever since January and there wasn’t any conveniences. The gym was closed , and even when the pool didn’t open up until august. The gym did ioen up.. sortof. There us no way to get into the gym after 5pm. During that time we where required to pay the $15 a month conventions fee (a prorate might be in order). I have now reported you guys to the BBB and posted on Facebook that you provide false advertising. See attached. I was told as long as I moved in by April 30th May rent was free. I am now being told that ad will not be honored. That is unacceptable. I realize I cannot attach the screenshots of the advertisement or conversation I had with your representatives for Frontier Apartments in Roanoke, VA but I do have them and can email them to anyone who wants to contact me. This way of conducting business is outrageous.
Horrible customer service
Landmark Apartments could improve by firing their front office. The office make mistakes and are very unprofessional. They do not care about their tenants whatsoever.
The rental office at Salem view in roanoke is horrible. you have to send emails for them to even come clean the parking lot. But they can come and put late notices on the door for rent!!! I've been asking for an updated ledger since Feb or march..still haven't gotten it! I've been lied to for months about when someone was coming to fix my bathroom floor. just all around trash service!
RecommendedGreenbrier management is fantastic at managing properties and customer relations.

I will never rent landmark apartments nor greenbrier management ever again. It has to be them making these satisfactory comments. I always paid rent on time then they had a water leak and started over charging residents for they debt! I refused to pay it, sent me to court, and the judge ruled in my favor. My lease was up for renewal and Shannon (property manager) refused to renew my lease because I won! But, my God my God turns a messy situation into a victory!
