This company reached out for VOE to our corporate office. The lady from this company called angry and frustrated. She proceeded to snap and almost yell at my associate over the phone as my associate was trying to help her transfer her to my vmail. My associate was very shook up from her yelling. I attempted to reach to this company's manager/owner and I have not received a call back. Very disappointing this level of customer service to a company they are wanting a VOE.
