Terrible experience. Do yourself a favour and don’t hire these people.
We’ve had the pleasure of having May Young as our account manager for the last 3 years. She’s been amazing to have as our point of contact while we were renting - quick to respond and any issues with the unit (broken AC, washer-dryer, toilets, smoke detectors) were all quickly resolved. We appreciate that she’s also mindful of our availability and flexible whenever she comes on site. May truly helped our stay here feel like home (we’re actually a bit sad to leave) and we’re grateful for having lived here all these years.
Boutique only to the landlord's that pay them. They're nice to lure you in but once in, forget about you. Repairs take forever and done sloppily. They have no respect for their tenants. Not a happy place to live. Much discourse. For that kind of rent, go anywhere else.
