Terrible service. Left me without power for several days. Left large floor-covering heavy-smelling mold in bathroom for 4 years. Brandon Sage, Fatima Rodriguez and Brian Reid-Moran do extremely poor jobs of taking care of tenants and maintenance. Brandon is aggressive and unprofessional. Brian is passive aggressive and exacerbates rather than resolves maintenance concerns. Do yourself a favour and do not rent a unit if this company is in charge. We moved into a completely renovated unit and before moving in I inquired about the inspection, no response about who does the inspection only to later find out it’s the account manager who does the inspection who has little to no qualifications to be inspecting an apartment.
