I lived in the Acropolis Apartments for 2 years. The leasing office and maintenance were awesome. They were onsite every day, friendly and helpful. There are definitely improvements that could be made to the complex, but overall I enjoyed my time there.

I had the pleasure of staying at the 353 e 13th avenue property. Everything was great about it, from the response time with the landlord, to the friendly maintenance man. Never once did I feel like I was intruded on, all appliances worked like a charm, great prices on rent and all friendly neighbors. When I think back on my time spent here it is in the best regard. If your an OSU student looking for comfortable housing look no further then Landis Properties

Last month's rent didn't go through autopay and it took them over twenty days to tell me. They left envelopes on the door of a place I no longer lived in. Late fees galore. Called them to ask for some help and they forgot to mute themselves. Talked to each other about how I'm annoying and demanding to them. I just wanted to leave a message. Asked for an itemized writeup of what I owe and, go figure, they were overcharging until I asked. Didn't waive any late fees after all of this. Everything about renting this apartment was awesome and beyond my expectations. I stayed in the Winterset Apartments. The apartment itself was huge and very well cared for. Each town home has a full basement for storage and washer/dryer hookups. Each unit also has a 2 car carport for parking. The finishes are not the most updated or fancy, but everything in the apartment was in good working order and clean.
