Edit to add: I lived here 15 years and would highly recommend it. I had to move and Jean made it really easy. I have lived in this apartment for several years and it is great. The apartment manager is always helpful. My issue is with the annual rent increases and the change in the pet policy since the new owners purchased it. I had paid a pet deposit to the old owners and now they want a monthly payment as well. But the apartments are spacious, clean and safe. The people are friendly. and we rarely have power outages. Beautiful apartment and a great community. The manager, Jean, is the best manager I've ever had. Super nice and worked with me to get me into my apartment, came during my move in take care of last little things, and sends out regular updates and provides little treats and things for the residents. Maintenance comes same or next day for repairs and are very friendly. Hands down best place I've ever lived.
I Have been living here since November of 2024 Jean is so great and friendly enjoy talking with her The grounds are well kept and my view from my living room window is beautiful wooded area you can see the occasional deer, squirrels, and rabbits simply wonderful . The house/apartment is very nice the bedrooms are very spacious and the living area is very spacious as well and I love the fire place it’s just perfect Very peaceful and quiet .
A great place to call home. The manager is always friendly and helpful. We feel very safe and happy here.
