I was a previous tenet for a while, lived there for about 3ish years and had a very nice time while I was there. Was usually kept on the clean sides (there were moments where miscellaneous things were out of place.). Parking was usually my only main issue, if you have more than one vehicle than it might not be the best apartment complex. But, on the good note. Edit to add: I lived here 15 years and would highly recommend it. I had to move and Jean made it really easy. I have lived in this apartment for several years and it is great. The apartment manager is always helpful. My issue is with the annual rent increases and the change in the pet policy since the new owners purchased it. I had paid a pet deposit to the old owners and now they want a monthly payment as well. But the apartments are spacious, clean and safe. The people are friendly. and we rarely have power outages.
