We worked with Landis on what ultimately was a whole house renovation. From encapsulating the basement to restructuring the entire fist floor of our home to adding on a dream master bathroom and walk in closet, this project was everything we hoped it would be. We have long wanted to renovate the top floor of our one and a half story Cape Cod and interviewed several architecture and design/build firms. When we contacted Landis, we were impressed by their professionalism and responsiveness. We called late on a Friday afternoon, and John Johnson returned the call on Saturday. This team is great all around from start to finish they will always listen and care on what you want done. They are led by Ethan and he has so many great inspiring people that I am happy to have met. If you might think of getting some light Home remodeling done or Full home gut renovation you are in the right direction with this team they will take care of you.
The Landis team did an excellent job on our bathroom renovation and window replacement. We loved working with their design team - beautiful selections. The daily project team was courteous, cheerful, and hard working. Overall a wonderful experience - very satisfied and highly recommend.
NB: Should be a 4.5, but that's not an option here. Our renovation project involved putting in an all-new kitchen and powder room, plus refinishing floors, replacing lighting, and repainting living room/dining room/family room/hall on the same (relatively open plan) level as well as some minor exterior work. Project included electrical and drywall work but no structural changes.
