Please keep in mind that these are not the same Landings of Carrier Parkway owned by the Nicolas foundation. Ever since they sold the property to a corporate company from Dallas the place went down the drain. Dog poop everywhere, trash in the parking lot, filthy hallways, beer cans and urine on the stairways. Also, one of the younger ladies that works at the front desk could really improve on her people interaction skills. RecommendedI stayed at The Landings of Carrier Parkway from October 2016 until April 2018 because I had to have a Heart 💖 Transplant .I had My Heart 💖Transplant on February 08,2017. The Manager & Staff & Owners were So Good to Me , I could Never Repay them for helping me with everything that they did for Myself! May God Richly Bless Each & EVERYONE OF YOU All ! I've lived here for years and it always clean and the employees are so nice
I love this place! The property is always well kept. The staff is amazing, Brittany is always helpful along with Amy! (Sorry if i didnt spell them correctly) I can always call them with any questions or concerns i have without hesitation. My pups also love it here. They love the dog park and all their friends they meet on property. My neighbors are always so nice and friendly and we all look out for eachother. Hands down best property in Grand Prairie! Thank you guys:)
I've been here for exactly 4 years. The staff has been great. Almost like family in a sense. Anytime I've needed anything taken care of. Brittney, or Ashley have always been a tremendous help. People in the complex are respectful, and after 10 pm it's quiet, so people can get some rest. The guys in maintenance have always been super cool, and if I had a problem. They were quick to resolve the issue. I would recommend anyone to come live here at The Landings of Carrier Parkway for a good clean, and relaxing living experience.
