Ordered two burgers, well done. One came very pink so we sent it back. 25 minutes later I told them just to forget it. By then my fries were cold (parmesan fries were not worth the upgrade, no flavor or aoili!), my husband had finished his entire meal, and we were running late. Thankfully they took my meal off our tab without me having to ask but it's frustrating that I didn't get to eat!!
Was working and event at hotel and the staff rudely made me move cause I took too long too order as I was handling a call. Don’t spend money here. I had the poke nachos with My colleague and she had lamb. Not worth the money!
Honestly, this is some of the better hotel food I've had in quite a while. The prices are...not great, but not awful, and the food is actually tasty. Grab the salmon.
I visited Los Angeles for the first time. And we checked in at the Hilton hotel and had several cocktails at Landings. The cuisine is excellent, however they did not call for the last order. And we're sat in the bar, my husband and I have a different feeling; the guy or one bartender serving us appears to be ignoring us. Not meeting eye to eye. We feel we’re not welcome (like you know what I mean). I was a bartender back then and I did treat my guest fairly and extravagantly. I am deeply sorry, but it is what we experienced.
