RecommendedI love living at The Landings! Not only the beautiful Apt. we have, but the staff is amazing! Just the other day they distributed information on the Coronavirus to all the residents. They worked with Comcast to provide additional information. From snow/ice warnings to a pandemic-- the staff cares about the community here! I am grateful for that!!
The Landings is an amazing community to live it. The office staff Amanda, Matt, and Micah are great. Highly recommend

It’s been great working with Micah Young, she’s so helpful on the phone and in person. Always welcoming when you walk into those doors. I talk to Amanda on the phone too and she’s great at explaining what is going on.
Go an you will find out! Creepy as maintenance man will beat your door down like SWAT ! My 4 year old cried cause creepy maintenance man ! Check his background!
The apartments are large, clean, open concept kitchen/living room/sun room, with all the extras-washer/dryer, dishwasher, disposal, wall to wall carpet, and allows my kitties! Yes, it is income-based, but once you get through that..it is so worth it!
Charged my gf 500 bucks for cleaning after she moved out. She is ocd when it comes to cleaning and they went 300 over her deposit which was 250. What in the world? We were in disbelief. This place is unbelievable in their managment and practices. I do not recommend at all. When our neighbor moved, he warned us they were going to get whatever money they could.
