Staff at the Landings is incredible. We moved our mother there after having a quite negative experience at Campbell Place in Bellefontaine. The facility is lovely and the Staff in memory care is top notch. While our mother languished in her room at Campbell Place, Staff at The Landings had her up, out, and involved!!! I highly recommend The Landings if you are looking for senior care. I regret not moving our loved one there sooner.
Cannot say enough good about the staff in the memory care unit. They took such good care of my mother. Never was she left in her room to stay in bed (even when she didn't want to get up) the staff got her up dressed and took her to the commons area (special thank you for that). They were always kind and gentle with her (which I'm sure was not always easy). They treated my mother with dignity and respect. My father-in-law has been living at the Landings for a year. I am so impressed that they treat their residents with dignity and respect and really get to know them. The nurses are always there to answer our questions and to check on Dad for us. During Covid they have gone above and beyond to protect all the residents. We are so glad Dad is somewhere safe and that is he is getting three good meals a day, his laundry taken care of, his meds and health monitored and all the personal care help he needs.
Beautiful community, friendly faces and staff that is dedicated to their residents.
