BEWARE!!!!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE. The leasing office staff is horrible. They are nice in the beginning to get you in. The only building that has clean exterior and interior is the showing apartment. I don’t even invite people over because the breezeway is full of MOLD and DIRTY. You don’t even want to touch the railing or invite people over. The maintenance of the buildings are HORRIBLE. Horrible place to leave!!! The trash is always overflown, you have no access to amenities )they keep it closed for one reason or another)... Dirty, stinky hallways... I have leaved in better conditions in Iraq in the middle of the war zone... This is an overpriced DUMP!!! GETTHO!!!

It is unfortunate we had a temporary issue with Valet Trash vendor. They were experiencing some staffing issues which led to an overflow of trash near the compactor. This issue has been resolved. The property manager and the regional manager are crooks! I moved in and on the first day there were absolutely no roaches (as there shouldn't be). Came back the next day to find 8 DEAD ROACHES already, which already leads me to believe they cleaned them up before I got there. I called the office and the two useless ladies up there BOTH told me I had to wait a WEEK to have treatment. they went up on our rent for a 1 bedroom 300.00 per month.
DO NOT I repeat DO Not move here! I was living here for 6 months and my apartment back door glass was broken into! TV’s were stolen gun game systems and much more! The rental office refused to give us a better apartment instead gave us a apartment full of fleas and cat urine! Leasing consultant name Ashley was very rude and threw my lease in my face! Please do not lease from here! They are waiting a whole week to do even put the carpet in because of fleas from the previous tenant!
Awesome staff and love the updated pool area! Maintenance requests always completed within 24 hours!
