RecommendedThey were very nice and made applying an easy process.
Quiet and reasonably priced (2br under 800 at the time of this writing). Compared to two near by complexes, this place is the Hilton. Office staff is friendly and no issues with receiving packages.No issue with with neighbors and maintenance is prompt with addressing issues. Small pool, but never crowded (mine and one other family seem to be the only ones there). Office gym (closed due to COVID). Tennis court and basketball court. Great place to stay!!!!I love staying at The Landings it’s very quiet and the apartments are spacious. If you have any problems in your unit, maintenance will make sure they fix it in a timely manner.
Five stars! I would recommend Landings At Forest Acres. It’s close to Forest Acres and Five Points.
They need to get the drug users and dealers off the premises, and answer the phone when residents call.
Worst management to exist. They never get off of their behinds and walk the premises. You literally have to ask them repeatedly to address problems with the tenants. It also appears that Forest Acres Police Department wants to have nothing to do with this place.
