Best apartment tour I’ve ever been on. She was such a sweetheart and beautiful. She made me really want the apartment.
I like the new property manager Haleema Morrow .. She return emails , she will answer the phone before the front desk , it’s cleaner , she’s outside hands on / greeting ppl with a smile and seem to get what she can done .. Wish she was here 4yrs ago to see where it would be by now picking up others slack .. Don’t move here, I stay here it takes maintenance forever to come. Then, when you call the leasing office to inquire about important things NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. Despite everyone being in the office.
Before I moved in, I had some concerns about the apartment that needed attention. The property manager noticed them first and gave me a clear timeline for completion. She honored that timeline, making my move-in effortless and easy. I really appreciate her professionalism and efficiency.
Haleema and the ladies are amazing! Ive lived here for over 10 years seen many staff come and go but this staff is by far the best. They are attentive and keep the residents first!
