I love this apartment complex! I was working with Markeisha. She made my process easy and less stressful.
Lived here for 2 years. They are very unresponsive. You literally cannot get a person through their number. They take forever or never to do maintenance. The gate are always broken. The pool is always shut because they won't hire someone to be there to prevent vandalism. The gym equipment is useless because parts are missing and they'll never replace them even after promising for months to. The apartments are nice but overpriced and management is incredibly subpar.
I experienced Mold mildew, water damage and a technician put false allegations against me, caused my lease to be terminated, this company don't want you to voice your opinion against there wrong doing, this is not a place to live, if you want to live comfortable, I had rats to get in my bed, roaches, nests in the summer time, work orders never done, and corporate employees was notified and did nothing about it.
This is not a place to live, the landlord is unprofessional and uncaring for the tenants, the only professional in the office is Whittanie Porter, trust me the regional manager or vice president doesn’t care about the tenants, me and my Mom experienced mold, mildew and water damage, because we refused to sign a contract agreement, dealing with a lawsuit against the property, management went along with a technician false allegations and they terminated our lease for their wrong doing, attached or photos of the mold we experie... read more
