RecommendedEnjoyed the food and love the atmosphere!!!!
If you decide to have an "event" there you might not want to have open bar, and if you do request a camera above the bar. We had a bridal shower for 2 hours and the bar tab over 500.00. Will never be back!
The friendly staff and awesome food!
The food and staff are amazing! Huge selection of wine, spirits and beer, domestic and craft. If you have not been there since new ownership you will be amazed. They have a menu for all. Pasta, steak, hot beef, fish, burgers and everything in between. Great appetizers and a really great kid's menu. It's clean and a very pleasant atmosphere. The dining area and patio are awesome. I highly recommend it!!
Fun and inviting atmosphere with amazing staff and food.
I had the privilege of eating at The Landing on numerous occasions. The management & waitstaff are great, and the atmosphere is high-class. My Dad drove down for the weekend from Aberdeen and ate at The Landing with me, and he enjoyed it there too! The food is absolutely delicious and I definitely plan on returning!
Wasnt too busy when we went there. Was seated within 5 minutes and given waters and menus, then waited over 45 minutes without anyone taking our order or even stopping by our table. Got fed up and left. Worst service I've had in yankton. Will not be returning.
We went for the atmosphere and were told they didn’t have any waitresses to take care of us outside ( they had live music) but many empty tables. We were told we could go inside to order but when we did they told us they wouldn’t bring the food to us... we’d have to get it ourselves..... So we stayed inside to eat. They seemed very unorganized. At one point we had 2 waitresses and it still took forever to get a drink. My meal seemed to be missing the meat on the philly flatbread. I don’t think we’ll be going back!
I visited The Landing this evening and enjoyed the live music of Casey Rossiter. He is amazing. While enjoying the music I tucked into the Friday night Prime Rib Special. My meal was delivered to me by Chef John who wanted to make sure my meal was perfect, and it was. The prime rib cut "like butter" and was accompanied by a fluffy baked potato. My evening at The Landing was perfect.
