I was billed AFTER my lease was up, the last tenant there was super rude, I could hear EVERYTHING my neighbors did on all sides of the unit, and they were unwilling to refund my deposit after leaving the place spotless when I left. They were in my unit nearly every week without my permission. They were constantly doing construction (we missed nearly an entire summer of swimming due to pool area construction while I faced a rent increase). So I live now in apt 103 I’m warning any one don’t live in this one because my bedroom window behind it there is that thing for the AC and it’s loud annoying can’t sleep and the bad thing is they didn’t tell me about it and I asked to break the lease they ask me for $2500 to break it Anyone can help me what can I do
