I lived in the landings for about a year and I had such a pleasant experience! Frieda and Rachel are so very professional and kind and helped me with any issues I had and if you have any maintenance issues they are always super quick to help and do an amazing job! I 1000% recommend the landings to anyone!!
These apartments look nice and cozy on the outside and may be in your budget especially if you’re sharing rent with 4-6 people in a 2 BR Unit, but beware of the following: Old out of date appliances, clogged chimneys, roaches, windows with old worn out seals, 20 yr old pine straw, leaks in roof, weak management, slow maintenance, oh yeh and worst of all BLACK MOLD EVERYWHERE!!! I could go on and on and I was only a guest of previous tenants!!! BEWARE!!
No complaints really at all, appliance were outdated, but it makes since with it being an old complex, and the prices of the apartments. Management here makes yearly upgrades if you ask. Maintenance tends to respond quickly to important issues. Not to mention, it’s in a very good neighborhood with quiet neighbors.
We have lived here almost eight years and this place continues to be amazing. We even contemplated moving into a house but with the amazing neighbors we have and everything else that’s going on, and the engagement from the management team, I have no plans to move any time soon!!
