I absolutely love the landings! I have had such a great experience renting. This is the best place you can live for a great price and great amenities! Rachel and Freda are awesome property managers and looks out for all of their tenants. I’m so honored to have called this place home.
I lived here for 2 years and this was easily the best leasing experience I had. Rachel, who works in the front office, was a blessing my entire time. Ran into one minor maintenance issue, and the repair crew had it fixed immediately in the morning. Great community with great amenities. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to live in a convenient, assessable area.
My boyfriend daughter and I lived here for almost 3 years. Rent prices compared to everywhere else are great in the area! Quiet neighborhood. Rachel and Frieda are such awesome property managers. Attentive and responsive! We loved our time living here! Never had any issues! Our journey took us somewhere else in life or we would still be calling the landings at Edgewater home for a long time to come. Great place to call home for anyone in the Huntsville area. Highly recommend if you’re in need of a great place to live.
