They provided high-index lenses despite my explicit instructions and medical history. I asked the optician multiple times about what lens were in my glasses after informing them of have issues I was having with my new glasses and them trying to adjust and fix the issues. I never got a receipt either. Derek on multiple visits stated they were not high index when I asked him.
