We had a awesome salesman named Chris!! Love my car and got a great deal and they even did everything to help get my payments where I wanted them!! Haven't used the service department yet! But was very happy with my salesman!!!
Terrible service department. After two weeks of trying to get my 2011 ram (still under warranty) in to have a misfiring cylinder fixed, I dropped my truck off Monday for the appointment and was told "we'll get it taken care of " I get a call saying their original technician isn't trained enough to fix the problem...it will be one more day until it will be looked at. I brought my jeep in to get the ac looked at having partial knowledge of what was already wrong but it is an issue that has to be taken care of by taking off the dashboard. Upon bringing it in I signed an agreement agreeing to what I THOUGHT to be a $58 diagnostic fee. I decided to bring it elsewhere and went to pick up my car only to be told I owed a total of $112.
