Sold my car to Landers 12-3 with a 15 day payoff. Still hasn't happened and Chrysler continues to add fees to the payoff There was no spare, jack or lug wrench. Salesman said newer cars doesn't come with a spare. 2010 Cadillac did come with a spare. Car was clean when I looked at it. Picked it up with mats and carpet covered in grease. Don't say much for the service department. Chrysler Credit claims to be a collection agency but it's the usual lies. Chrysler nor landers has offered any help.
