This dealership has terrible internal communication. There’s only one phone number for multiple sales managers, and they don’t coordinate with each other. After discussing a deal for days, they gave the car to someone else willing to pay more. They talk about “no pressure,” but in reality, you can lose a car because another manager is selling it at the same time. Serious lack of professionalism and integrity.
I had a great experience at this dealership. Salesman was very nice and accommodating but just wasn't the vehicle I was looking for.
Very welcoming and professional quick response time to my concerns
The salesman Jacob knew we were very interested but he never told us we could put a down payment to hold it he just kept moving the date up to come see it because it needed a new part. Finally we got the date to come see it and buy it and the date was confirmed for the next day, that morning he called and said the car was sold the day before. We were very upset because we really wanted to buy it!

Found the vehicle on car gurus. The sales people were very professional. Worked with Nick in sales who went out and face timed with me the entire interior and exterior of the car since I was inquiring from 2000 miles away. Very positive experience with All at this dealership
Sales and Finance displayed openly honesty, Knowledge and the desire to satisfy the customer. For me, a 5-star rating is realistic.
