As a renter, Landbank has been very helpful and courteous through the whole process. The home I moved into did have some issues with the dishwasher, smoke alarms, bathrooms, and garage. However, Landbank and specifically Alice have been quick to respond to my requests and all of the issues I had were resolved in a timely manner. Alice has been super helpful in making this place very comfortable. I would definitely recommend them as a renter.
We recently transferred our property to Landbank and have been very impressed with their property management. They had repairs done and had our home ready to manage at a much lower cost then what our previous management company had quoted. They just had a new tenant moved in! Alice has kept us well informed and up to date during the whole process!
