I have not had any dealings with this company but instead writing this review for a family member who voiced his experience and expectations while working with them. He stated how unprofessional they were, as well as not screening tenants as well as they should've with the upkeep of the residence. A family member recently had a disappointing experience with LandBank Reality & Property. After reading reviews, and Per management, he was expecting a high level of transparency; however, that wasn't the case. LandBank repeatedly faced him with unforeseen impositions due to their failure to commit to obligations, the postponement of promised duties agreed upon that were never dealt with, and their refusal to articulate professionally to resolve the issues.
