Will evict you during a pandemic. Will ask you to put your life at risk by "helping" (aka threatening eviction on) you to get a job during said pandemic. They definitely do not offer life insurance hand in hand with this proposal. Being a landlord is not a job, it's an investment with risk of loss.

To send out a letter to residents stating that they will be evicted during this time is not only illegal but unethical. This company is disgusting for doing this during this time.
trying to force tenants to pay rent against governors orders after he specifically said no ones Allowed to get evicted. And if they do so they will be made an example of. Here’s your example.
