Tourist trap that sells insanely expensive costume jewelry as real jewelry. My husband thought he was buying me a nice pair of lab diamond earrings, turns out they're not even cubic zirconium. We can't return them because they were on sale. The whole store was on sale because you can't return items on sale, according to company policy. Apparently associates are known to lie about this.
My husband bought rings from this place on our anniversary. Less than a year later, the diamonds on my husband’s ring were falling off! RIP OFF!
Quoted me $89 I said I'll take it...was in the middle of ringing me up and another customer asked for salesman Anna H to open and take out items near us which she proceeded to do and I was completely rushed off in middle of paying. I handed the requested $107 only to leave and think wait that's not what you told me. Looked at receipt and you charged me $99 not the $89 you quoted me when took the item out the case.
