As an out of state seller, I wanted my home to sell quickly and without much drama. Landa listed our house on a Tuesday and closed it to offers Friday (we got above asking!) While our end was very easy, the buyer had issues with getting her lending taken care of promptly. Our closing date was moved back multiple times, and Landa stayed on top of her agent and lender trying to get us as much information as possible.
