i have to say that in the 17 years that i have lived in the house that Landtrek manages i have had nothing but AWESOME FRIENDLY ATTENTIVE CARING HELP FROM EVERYONE I DEAL WITH.. MOE, JACKIE, ROBERT AND LORI !!! if my sink leaks BAM! they have that taken care of in 24hrs, if my bathroom has a pipe leak BAM! they had me a brand new bathroom in 1week, i mean the drywall has to dry in order to get the job done without further leaks dont you think? if i ever had issues with the rent having to be held for 3 or 4 days before cashin... read more
HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT – This was the worst experience ever. Jackie needs to retire already, she hates her job and is completely rude to the tenants. If you are thinking about hiring them, your house will not get rented for longer than a year with Jackie as their Manager. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
Great Experience! – Our experience with Land Trek is one of the best. They are efficient,caring and trustworthy. They have excellent customer service, they do great job in coordinating and responding to our needs. This company have outstanding staff working hard,with profession approach, They really CARE. I can't thank them enough for all their help and hard work that they are doing for us.
Never again with Land Trek – By far the worst rental experience we have ever had. We will never again use Land Trek, but it's unfortunate as there are some good people who work there. Jackie on the other hand is incredibly hostile. After moving in, we experienced nothing but problems. After a major flood from a burst pipe, one of the bedrooms was unlivable for 3 weeks as the entire room and walls had to be redone. Horrible Service – This property management might be good for the clients/home owners but the service they provide to the tenants is horrible! They are so rude and only care about getting the most money out of you so if you can invest in them do so because money making is their priority. As a matter of fact they're not that great at renting houses. The house I rented they did not even bothered on showing it to me personally or anything to convince me to lease. Finally No more Headaches!!!! – Yes, I have finally found an honest management company, that knows what they are doing. They have really helped me with my rentals and made my life easier like a mangement company is supposed to do. They take care of everything for me. I love it and look forward to working with them more in the future!
